preferred Partners

What is a Preferred Partner?

In 2005, the FCEP Board of Directors decided to adopt a "Preferred Partner" program to align with well-known, high quality firms which provide exceptional customer service and support the vision, mission and goals of FCEP and Emergency Medicine.

FCEP's goal is to establish strategic partnerships with organizations which provide direct services to emergency physicians in critical areas of financial management and insurance. These organizations return a portion of their proceeds back to FCEP in order to further develop FCEP's ability to promote Emergency Medicine.

Preferred Partners are selected after a rigorous review process in order to ensure the quality and integrity of the products offered to FCEP members. It is not something open to all vendors - they must provide a direct service to individual members, such as wealth management or disability insurance. If selected by the Board as a Preferred Partner, the company is then able to advertise itself as such to members and FCEP will recognize that partner in member communications. Each year, the Board will review the experience with the partner and members in order to assess the relationship. The Preferred Partner status is good for one year, at which time partners will be reviewed again.
