Dr. Kelly Gray-Eurom Elected to FCEP Board of Directors
Jacksonville Physician and Educator to Join Florida College of
Emergency Physicians
Board of Directors
ORLANDO, FLA. - The Florida College of Emergency
Physicians (FCEP) is pleased to announce that Kelly
Gray-Eurom, MD, FACEP, has been elected to serve on the
FCEP Board of Directors. Dr. Gray-Eurom, who has served as
the Chair of FCEP’s Academic Affairs Committee since its
inception in 2005, is the Director of Business Operations
and Resident Quality Management for the University of
Florida Department of Emergency Medicine at Shands Hospital
in Jacksonville.
“I am extremely proud and excited to join the talented ranks
of the Florida College of Emergency Physicians Board of
Directors,” said Dr. Gray-Eurom. “I look forward to spending
time with my colleagues, searching for solutions to the
important issues that affect the Emergency Medicine system
and access to emergency care for Florida’s patients.”
Dr. Gray-Eurom is a 1996 graduate of the University of
Florida emergency medicine training program in Jacksonville,
and joined the UF Department of Emergency Medicine upon
graduation. She has practiced in Jacksonville since that
time. An active member of FCEP since 1993, Dr. Gray-Eurom
has been a leader in her field throughout her career. She is
the immediate past chair of the American College of
Emergency Physicians’ Young Physicians Section and editor of
Preparing for the Real World – A Survival Guide for the
EM Resident (editions 1 and 2). She is a national
researcher and speaker on topics of physician development,
contract negotiation, physician business practices and
emergency department management.

The Florida College of Emergency Physicians (FCEP) represents more than 1,100 emergency physicians in the state
of Florida. FCEP members represent the health care safety
net of Florida’s residents and visitors. More than seven
million patients seek care annually in Florida emergency
departments. FCEP was founded on Oct. 15, 1971 and is
headquartered in Orlando.
